hello!
my name is ala and my pronouns are they/them. i started hearteyes98 when I was 22, and i have been passionate about art my whole life! my platform represents me as a creator with a big heart who strives to authentically convey my feelings and love through my artwork.
my art, as you will see here in my shop, ranges in various themes and media. i make some pieces that are emotional and some that are gleeful! i like to dabble in everything that catches my interests so that i can learn and mix techniques to create unique pieces. i draw and paint with watercolors, acrylics, and digitally. i also make jewelry, embroider, sculpt, and more!

DISCLAIMER
Hearteyes98 is owned and operated by a one-person team. I create, market, sell, package, and ship all my work on my own. Currently, order processing time is 2-3 weeks, but your order may ship quicker or slower depending on the product. I make an effort to keep my business COVID-safe by cleaning all surfaces and washing my hands before packaging an order. But please understand that this is a household with 2 kittens, so sometimes a strand of fur may find its way into your package.
All products are handmade and packaged with much love and attention to detail. If there is an issue with your order due to human error, please reach out to me through dm (linktr.ee/hearteyes98) or through email ([email protected]) and I will do my best to resolve issues that are my fault.
PAYMENT PROCESSING
Payment is always expected at the time of order placement. Once payment is received, items are packaged and sent to the post office. Order processing currently takes 2-3 weeks. USPS handles all deliveries.
I can always be contacted through dms on any platform (linktr.ee/hearteyes98) or through email ([email protected]) for special requests, questions, or if you would like to pay through venmo or cashapp instead of placing your order through this site (which accepts credit card payment through stripe, paypal, or venmo). QTPOC discount is available as well, just dm me for it!
COMMISSIONS, CUSTOMS, BIG ORDERS
If you would like to order custom jewelry or commission a special painting or piece, I would be glad to make it for you! At this time, my commissions are OPEN! Feel free to dm me on any platform to request art that you would like me to make for you! All terms and conditions, as well as a pricing menu regarding commissions and payment plans are available upon request.

The images and artworks posted here and on hearteyes98 social media are not available for use or reuse (including but not limited to download, printing, resale, distributing, recreation/copying, or sharing) without explicit written consent of the owner. You may email [email protected] to request access, which may be denied at any time for any reason at the discretion of the content owner.
All private and personal information of customers will not be shared or collected externally. All payment information is kept private.
WARRANTY/REPAIRS
The lifetime "warranty" covers all jewelry pieces. If your piece breaks, save it in a baggie and contact me through instagram or email with a photo. I will arrange to repair your items for a small fee.
